This is a news article from Syracuse NY's Channel 9 simply entitled "Pizza & Wings." The author (I can't find his name) talks about growing up eating good wings, and the problem of relocating to a new country (in this case, Australia) and the problems with mislabeling and misinterpreting wings.
I've been lucky to travel around the world and nowhere can you get wings like we have in North America. Although it was great to try wings in Hong Kong or Poland, they just weren't the same. Sometime I feel like that here in Ottawa.
