Andre Leonard took up the call and sent me some of his awesome wings: Thai Orange Sriracha Wings
"the wings are store bought frozen, about $3.50 for 2lb, and are flour dusted then deep fried to a light crispiness."
"for sauce, use butter, ketchup for base (to cut the spiciness of the sriracha), sriracha and orange or marmalade jam."
