These were hacked Loblaws wings to go. How did I hack them? See the sauced wings are breaded, but get a bit mushy (actually a lot), which is good in it's own way, but crispy is better. So I got the plain breaded wings, which were very crispy, and got the guy to add the sauce after. Awesome.
Now, they weren't busy at all, and he warned me that this was not normally something they could do. But it was great that they could.
I also learned that their hot is 3rd Degree! That's why it's so spicy! And their BBQ is 2nd Degree! Crazy.
