#tbt to November 2011 & the now closed Smokehouse Blues in Belleville On - sampled not only some chicken wings but also Pig Wings. Never heard of a pig wing? Take a pig shank, smoke it, then deep fry it & sauce it like a wing. So good. The wings were big, meaty, & smokey but a bit tough due to smoking. Great sauces. Also great bbq beans.
