Happy #fryday everyone!

Hello,

I watched a youtube video from chef john, food wishes.
He added baking powder to the spice blend to crisp the wings in the oven. Not certain if it would work in an air fryer.
I bought an air fryer a couple of years ago, but i still use my deep fryer to make wings.
