#nonwingsunday = poutine & bacon cheese burger ... The Rideau Carleton Raceway has a burger/poutine bar for lunch & it was really good. This was a classic poutine I built but they have both chicken & beef gravies, chopped bacon, squeaky cheese curds & great fries. A chef grilled my burger with cheddar & crispy bacon, but I could also top it with chili, pulled pork & more.
