Who doesn't love popcorn? I can't go to the movies without popcorn.
So in honour of today, here is my 2009 recipe for Buffalo Hot Wing Popcorn retold:
Here's what you need:
- Popcorn (at that time I had an air-popper - its the best way, but you do with what you have.
- Butter or Margerine
- Frank's Red Hot (or whatever hot sauce you go
- Salt
- Red Chili Powder (optional, if you want to kick up the heat!)
Isn't that easy?
Obviously the more flavour, the more sauce you put on, but you have to be careful because too much butter sauce and the popcorn will get soggy. You do not want soggy popcorn.
You can see that hot wing goodness on those kernals! It makes for a spicy, light, yet crunchy snack that takes no time at all. So go make some popcorn today and make it zing in your mouth!
