Gift from my parents - Cajun Injector


My folks just got back from a winter in Florida and they brought me something:


a Cajun Injector with "Buffalo Butter" and "Hot N' Spicy Butter" sauces.

I'm a pretty lucky son.

Now, what to use it on?

    I've used their Cajun butter with beef eye of round and turkey breasts but I haven't tried these two. It's a pretty decent product as far as processed foods go, no funny or off tastes.
